New Year's Eve nibbles

A delicious yet easy-peasy dish to prepare and serve. This is a Jamie Oliver minute recipe I saw on one of his TV ads for a British supermarket chain.

Great for small or large parties. I'm serving with Cava for New Year's Eve.


Ingredients

• Smoked salmon 
• Cream cheese
• Horseradish sauce ( I prefer creamed horseradish sauce)
• Lemon
• Dill
• Ciabatta, sliced up

Method (adapt to size of party)

• Mix horseradish sauce and cream cheese in a bowl.
• Slice ciabatta bread
• Spread the cream cheese onto bread and top with the smoked salmon
• Cut wedges of lemon for guests to squeeze.
• Garnish with dill
