Pho Cafe

Now I can tick off one of my 2014 goals - Vietnamese food from Pho Cafe. Supposedly one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with its use of fresh herbs, vegetables and cooking techniques (a lot of dishes are cooked in broth or water rather than oil).

What did I eat? Nem nướng (pork & lemongrass meatballs) with lettuce and herbs to wrap and dip into peanut sauce as a starter and for main, I had a big bowl of chicken Pho (pronounced Fur) which is a rice noodle soup served with a fresh side plate of herbs to add additional flavour.

Super healthy, low in calories. Clean, and exotic eating. 8/10.
