Keeping a wellness journal

I've started a wellness journal because I'm hoping to lose some weight and increase my fitness levels by being more mindful about how much I'm actually consuming and exercising everyday. I know lots of people are using the myfitnesspal app on their phones but I just kept forgetting to add things.


  • Record everything you eat in one day - snacks and meals.
  • Record what you drink. How many glasses of water did you drink?
  • Exercise - walking, workouts, running, strength training
  • Nutrition - did you get your 5 a day?
  • Record your weight
